New Year's Eve in Val Badia

There is one night every year when Piz La Ila ceases to be a mountain and becomes a stage.

The summit

of emotions

The journey to the top

The gondola ride begins in La Villa, and the journey is already part of the experience: the lights in the valley below grow smaller, the Dolomites unfold before you, and Club Moritzino appears high above, just as it has for the past sixty years: the beating heart of Alta Badia.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with mulled wine, music and that crisp air which, only here at this altitude, conveys the feeling of a true celebration. Step inside and our Food Experience begins: a lavish aperitif buffet where the sea meets the mountains, accompanied by sparkling wine. Because at Club Moritzino, New Year’s Eve is toasted more than once.

This is followed by a four-course candlelit dinner accompanied by live music, leading up to the countdown everyone has been waiting for.

THE NIGHT

YOU WILL REMEMBER

FOREVER

But the experience does not end at midnight.

After an evening of celebration, even the return to La Villa is a unique experience: snowcats will be waiting outside the venue to take you back down the moonlit slopes, on a thrilling descent beneath the Dolomite sky.

For sixty years, the most beautiful night of the year has been celebrated at an altitude of 2,100 metres.
