These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the distance sale of products offered on the website https://clubmoritzino.it/ (“Website”) and regulate the contractual relationship between the seller and the user placing an order (“Customer”).
By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

All prices are stated in Euro and, unless otherwise specified, include VAT.

Registration, Account and Accuracy of Data
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and delivery information. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect data.
Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion
The purchase is completed by selecting Products and finalising the checkout process.
The contract is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons.

Product Availability

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the condition of the package and promptly report any issues to info@clubmoritzino.it.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Products, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal must be communicated to info@clubmoritzino.it, including:

Effects of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
In case of valid withdrawal:

Products must be returned within 14 days;

Products must be returned intact, complete and, where possible, in original packaging;

return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of notification of withdrawal using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made or personalised Products;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened;

unsealed audio/video recordings or software.
Legal Warranty (Consumers)
Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty of conformity under applicable consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability
Without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights, the Seller shall not be liable for:
