1.2 The Website is owned by Piz La Villa S.A.S., which also holds the domain name.
1.3 Through the Website, the user, after registering, may:
a) purchase products under the “Club Moritzino” brand by concluding the related online sales contract (“Online Purchase Service”);
b) reserve “Club Moritzino” branded products to be collected and purchased later at physical retail locations.
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern the Online Purchase Service.
2. Seller Identification and Use of Trademark
2.1 Products available for purchase through the Website (“Products”) are offered and sold by Piz La Villa S.A.S. (“Club Moritzino”).
2.2 Piz La Villa S.A.S. is therefore the sole contractual counterparty for the user for purchases on the Website and assumes the related pre-contractual and contractual obligations.
2.3 In the content of the Website and communication with customers, Piz La Villa S.A.S. acts under the sign and brand “Club Moritzino”.
3. Scope of Application of the GTC
3.1 The GTC regulate the offer and sale of Products through the Website by Piz La Villa S.A.S., as well as connected ancillary services.
3.2 The GTC are always available in the dedicated section of the Website, where the user can save or print them.
3.3 The applicable GTC are those in effect at the date of order submission.
3.4 Piz La Villa S.A.S. may modify the GTC at any time: the new conditions apply from the moment they are published on the Website.
3.5 The GTC do not regulate sales of products or services by third parties linked to the Website through links or banners.
4. Purchases on the Website
4.1 Online sales constitute distance contracts pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and e-commerce regulations (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
4.2 Purchases are allowed for adult users, whether consumers or professional entities (natural or legal persons). Resellers for the purpose of resale are not permitted.
4.3 Piz La Villa S.A.S. reserves the right to refuse or cancel irregular, suspicious orders or those made by users with previous contractual breaches.

5.2 Registered users have a personal account (“My Account”) to manage data, orders, and assistance.

6. Conclusion of the Online Contract
6.1 To conclude the contract, the user must complete, confirm, and send the electronic order to Piz La Villa S.A.S.
6.2 The order confirmation, sent by e-mail, will include a summary of applicable conditions, essential product characteristics, price, shipping costs, and information on the right of withdrawal.
6.3 Orders are archived in the seller’s database according to legal terms.
6.4 The languages available for contract conclusion are Italian and German.
7. Product Availability
7.1 The products for sale are those available in the Website’s electronic catalog at the time of order.
7.2 Availability is constantly updated but temporary unavailability may occur due to simultaneous orders from multiple users.
7.3 In case of unforeseen unavailability, the user will be informed by e-mail and can choose to:
- cancel the contract with full refund;

9. Prices
9.1 Product prices are shown in Euro and include VAT.
9.2 Piz La Villa S.A.S. may change prices at any time; however, the price applied is that indicated at the time of the order.
10. Payment Methods

- Satispay;
- cash on delivery (with surcharge, only for home deliveries).
11. Product Delivery
11.1 Deliveries are made within Italy.
11.2 Shipping costs will be calculated at order request based on destination and quantity.
11.3 Shipments are generally made within 48 hours after payment receipt via express courier, except for delays due to weather conditions that may affect shipment management in mountainous areas.
11.4 At the time of shipment, the user will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
11.5 The user is obliged to collect the product; repeated failure to collect may lead to contract termination and charge of expenses incurred.
12. Right of Withdrawal
12.1 The consumer user has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason.
12.2 Withdrawal must be communicated by e-mail to info@clubmoritzino.it or through the form available on the Website.
12.3 Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and seals, at the user’s expense, to:

12.4 Refunds will be made within 14 days by the same payment method used, except for any deductions for value decrease of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
12.5 Customized, perishable, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (opened cosmetics, perfumes, etc.) are excluded from withdrawal.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 These GTC are governed by Italian law.
13.2 For consumer users, any disputes shall be submitted to the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)
14.1 The user may appeal to the ADR bodies provided by the Consumer Code.
